Do you need vaccinations?
If you are unaware of your vaccination status please do not hesitate to request this from our reception staff.
Should you require any of the NHS funded vaccines as outlined below, please book a 10 minute appointment with a Practice Nurse so that these can be administered but please note they will NOT be able to give any travel advice.
- Diptheria, Tetanus, Polio (single vaccine)
- Combined Hep A & Typhoid (where appropriate)
- Hepatitis A (single vaccine)
- Typhoid (single vaccine)
- Cholera (single oral vaccine)

If you require Yellow Fever only, this is available privately at Park Surgery. However, you will need to telephone Park Surgery on 0844 815 1511 to book your private appointment and be aware that a waiting time of up to 4 weeks should be expected.
Malaria Advice
If you feel you require further malaria advice this should be sought through a Pharmacist who can advise whether or not ‘over the counter’ medication such as Chloroquine and Proguanil can be purchased direct from themselves.
